Cancel Subscription

To cancel your Mercury subscription, please provide your account information including your email address, username and first and last name associated to the subscription.

If you subscribed to Mercury through PayPal, you will need to cancel your subscription directly through PayPal. To do so, please log into your account on PayPal and review your Transaction History. Once you have located your original Mercury subscription in the Transaction History, select "Cancel". Please note that you must use the original subscription date transaction to effectively cancel.
